Product Description
Bosch Rexroth enables significant breakthroughs in a variety of industries. They are able to build unique and specialized system solution components such as drive converters, servo motors, and drive controllers by combining their global knowledge.
The RD52.1-7N-007-L-V1-FW model generates 7.5 kW of power with a rated current consumption of 18 Amps and operates at a constant voltage of 460 V. The installation of output reactors, sinusoidal filters, motor filters, fuses, contactors, and other equipment between the drive and the motor may disturb the shield between the motor and the converter. The RD52.1 drive converter must be used in an environment where relative humidity does not exceed 90% and the operational temperature does not exceed 40 degrees Celsius, and it uses air conditioning to regulate its internal temperature. The model has a contamination level of 2, and condensation should be prevented since it might cause short circuits in the drive and/or risk the operators' lives. The flux vector control (FVC) approach is used by the drive (RD52.1-7N-007-L-V1-FW) converter, which has an overload capability of 130 percent for 60 seconds and 170 percent for one second. This EMC-certified converter is part of the RD 500 series and should only be used as advised by the manufacturer. The RD52.1 drive converter lacks a braking chopper and has a standby power source of 24 volts.
The model RD52.1-7N-007-L-V1-FW has a tracking control panel for monitoring operations and has a nominal efficiency of 0.97 to 0.98. The operator panel features a 4-line graphical display as well as a simple text display in a variety of languages. The converter's settings may be kept in the operator panel. The settings may also be easily copied to another converter without the need for a computer. This product can be shipped globally with a one year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
