The RD52.1-5B-005-L-NN-FW is a novel industrial drive controller manufactured by Rexroth Indramat to control the operation of electrical motors by amplifying the electrical signals it sends to the motor in order to generate a motor response proportional to the pre-determined configurational parameters determined by the industrial operator. This industrial controller is unlike convectional industrial devices as it combines old motor control designed with new innovations to form an industrial control device that can support the operation of a wide range of machines used in industrial production and processing systems. The RD52.1-5B-005-L-NN-FW industrial controller is integrated with a forced ventilation temperature regulation system, however, to maintain this temperature regulation process the controller should be installed with a minimum clearance of about 100 millimeters as this will allow the easy flow of cooling air into the housing of the controller.
The RD52.1-5B-005-L-NN-FW industrial controller operates with a supply voltage that falls between 530 to about 670 volts and a rated current of about 13 amperes. Under ideal operating conditions, industrial motors controlled by this drive controller generates a power output of about 5.5 kilowatts. The maximum input current that can be consumed by this industrial controller is about 22 amperes. The RD52.1-5B-005-L-NN-FW is also environmentally friendly as it does not generate a high amount of noise during operation, this makes it possible for industrial operators to use the controller at any time without causing any disturbance to the servo system.
This controller also connects to the industrial operator through two main types of electrical cables, the power cable, and the motor feedback cables. These two cables must meet international standards, they must also be separately wired to prevent electrical interference.
