The RD52.1-4B-075-L-NN-NN-NN-FW is a universal drive system that has many applications in the motion control industry. The device can be adapted to different motion control tasks because its hardware and software have a modular configuration. The drive controller comes with a DC supply rectifier, line contactor, supply modules, etc. The supply modules are purchased independently or can also be wired with the system. This model comes with a rated power of 75 kW. Forced cooling technique is used in this device to maintain an optimum drive temperature throughout. The rear sections of the device are provided with power sections for appropriate cooling. The drive controller has been designed for easy handling and supports parameter identification and automatic motor adaptation. The device can be used with either an AC supply or a DC supply.
The RD52.1-4B-055-L-NN-NN-NN-FW’s user panel is removable and has a parameter copy function. Various interfaces including the SERCOS interface, Profibus DP, CAN bus, Interbus S, RS232, and RS485 are supported with this device. The interfaces enable smooth control, monitoring, and parameterization. To ensure fast communication between several drives, this model supports peer-to-peer coupling or Synchrolink. There are many technology functions available with this device including PID, PI controller, AND, OR, D latch, and RS flipflop. This model has a high overload capability (200% overload capability for 0.3 ms and 170% overload capability for 0.1 ms). An additional signal processor is also built into this device and has a 32-bit floating-point. This allows the device to deliver the best performance among changing loading conditions.
