The RD52.1-4B-045-L-NN-NN-NN-FW is a highly functional drive controller. The device is used to control the position and speed of various industrial motors especially synchronous and induction motors. This model can be significantly expanded because of the modular configuration. This model is equipped with supply modules, a rectifier, and inverters for DC supply. The supply modules are capable of regenerative feedback in the line supply. This model’s power sections are designed for cooling at the rear section. The process of cooling is accelerated because of the forced cooling mechanism built into this device. This drive controller can also be used with an operator control terminal. This allows the users to parameterize, operate, and visualize the RD 52 unit with the help of the RDwin PC user interface.
The RD52.1-4B-045-L-NN-NN-NN-FW is equipped with the serial interfaces RS232 and RS485. Other interfacing options include Profibus DP, Interbus S, CAN bus, and Sercos. Menu prompts are provided on the user panel to support the process of parameterization. Simple and fast start-up is facilitated with pre-defined functions available with a menu prompt. The drive controller is equipped with several multi-function blocks, a technology controller, logic gates, and other basic functions. Motor adaptation and speed control functions are provided in the ‘quick setup’ menu in parameterization. This model has been designed to reduce the harmonics that are fed back into the supply line. The noise immunity and noise emissivity of this model is in line with the EMC directive in accordance with the European standards.
