The RD52.1-4B-005-P-V1-FW is a new generation industrial drive controller manufactured by highly trained engineers of Rexroth Indramat according to the international quality standards. This controller is designed to accurately control the speed, acceleration, and power output of the servo motor based on the configuration parameters pre-determined by the industrial operator. The RD52.1-4B-005-P-V1-FW drive controller is perfectly suited for industrial production systems that feature sophisticated machines such as food production machines, metal forming machines, paper processing machines, and lots more. The housing of this controller provides it with protection that meets the IP20 protection class; this means the internal components of the drive controller are completely safe from the interference of large solid materials with an external diameter higher than 12 millimeters.
The RD52.1-4B-005-P-V1-FW contains an external control panel that features a display unit and special pressure-sensitive keys through which industrial drive controllers can send general operating instructions into the drive controller. The display unit present on this external control cabinet is a four-line display; this display unit serves as an interface through which the controller communicates its operational status to the operator in real-time. This drive controller also contains an additional signal processor(32-bit floating point) that allows it to carry out high dynamic performance applications.
The RD52.1-4B-005-P-V1-FW industrial drive controller can be configured with various communication interfaces such as the SERCOS, Profibus DP, Interbus S, CAN bus, and RS 232 / RS 485 interface. These communication interfaces control the exchange of digital information between the drive controller and all other parts of the industrial servo system.
