The Bosch Rexroth RD51.2-5B-018-L-NN-FW is a drive with V/F characteristic control. An optional user panel or PC based software can be used for drive programming. Commissioning of the drive can be done through prompts with the operator panel or the GUI on the RDwin software. The user panel is removable and supports parameter copy function. The RD51.2-5B-018-L-NN-FW can also be programmed through integrated RS-232 / RS-485 serial interfaces. Optional interface cards such as CAN bus, CAN open and Profibus DP can also be used for setting drive parameters. The RD51.2-5B-018-L-NN-FW comes with a converter that is rated for 500 Volts AC. A brake chopper is also part of the drive converter. RD51 series drives can be ordered with inverters for DC supply as well as rectifier and supply modules that are capable of regenerative feedback into the line supply.
