Product Description
The RD51.2-4B-003-P-A1-FW is a new generation industrial drive controller designed by Rexroth Indramat to control the operation of synchronous and induction motors used in the industrial servo system. This controller is designed according to international quality standards; it features a housing unit that provides it with protection according to IP20 protection class; this housing unit is also specially structured to allow for the easy integration of the drive controller into the industrial servo system. The RD51.2-4B-003-P-A1-FW industrial drive controller is produced with novel industrial designs; this allows it to meet the motor control requirements of highly sophisticated machines such as handling machines, food processing machines, hoisting machines, conveyor machines, and lots more.
The RD51.2-4B-003-P-A1-FW industrial drive controller contains an operator panel that allows industrial operators to monitor its operation and communicate configurational information in real-time; this operator panel comprises a four-line display screen with about six pressure-sensitive keys. The RD51.2-4B-003-P-A1-FW operates in full compliance with the EMC directives as regards noise compatibility and noise emission. The drive controller can also generate a leakage current as high as 3.5 milliamperes during operation, to prevent electrical accidents operator should ensure the controller is secure to a grounding system before operation. The heat generated in the housing of this controller is also securely controlled via forced ventilation. The controller should be installed with a minimum clearance of about 100 millimeters between it and the nearest industrial machine to allow for the easy movement of cool air in and out of the controller.
The RD51.2-4B-003-P-A1-FW is not supplied with a firmware module; this has to be specially ordered by the industrial operator depending on the industrial application for which the drive controller is required. This product can be shipped globally with a one year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
