The RD51.1-5B-045-L-DL-FW is a new-generation and highly flexible industrial controller manufactured by Rexroth Indramat to carry out automation control in the industrial servo system. This drive controller is manufactured according to the American and European quality standards; it features an additional signal processor; thus, it can meet the operation requirements of highly sophisticated industrial machines such as food processor machines, metal forming machines, robotic machines, and lots more. This controller operates with an efficiency of about 95 percent; it also features a modular design that allows operators to replace any part of the system without having to reconfigure the while drive controller. The drive controller is also immune to noise in conformation with EN 50082-2.
The RD51.1-5B-045-L-DL-FW industrial drive controller contains an internal air blower and heat sink; these two components work together to regulate the heat generated in the controller's housing via forced ventilation. A minimum clearance of about 100 millimeters should be kept between the controller and the control cabinet to facilitate this temperature regulation mechanism.
