The RD51.1-4N-110-L-D1-FW servo drive can be used to control the operation of both synchronous and induction motors through the use of field-oriented vector control. The housing of this servo drive meets the IP20 protection class, this means it can only protect the internal component of the drive from the interference of solid materials with external diameters larger than 12 millimeters in other to ensure optimum protection, operators should ensure the drive is installed in an external cabinet that meets at least IP56 protection class.
