Product Description
The RD51.1-4N-090-L-NN-FW is one of the most sophisticated productions of Rexroth Indramat; it is an industrial drive controller that combines existing motor control knowledge with new-generational industrial-technological features to represent an advancement over conventional industrial control devices. This drive controller is a modular device that can carry out accurate three-phase industrial positional control of various synchronous and induction motors used in the servo system. The modular hardware and software design of this drive controller make it compatible with highly sophisticated industrial production and processing machines such as textile machines, food processing machines, assembly systems and even robotic machines. This controller also contains a control panel through which industrial operators can monitor its operation and send in configurational instructions in real-time.
The RD51.1-4N-090-L-NN-FW industrial controller is not supplied with a firmware module; this should be ordered by the controller as a separate sub-unit. Also, the internal temperature of this industrial controller is kept within a permissible range via forced ventilation; the controller contains a built-in fan and a heatsink to carry out this temperature regulation process. The configuration, installation and general operation of this industrial drive controller are very direct and straightforward; however, they should be carried out by well-trained personnel who is familiar with the products of Rexroth Indramat and has gone through the documentation of the controller.
To prevent the rapid build-up of heat around the controller, a minimum clearance of about 80 millimetres should be kept around the controller during installation; also, the controller should not be operated at an ambient temperature that exceeds about 50 degrees Celsius. Under normal operating conditions, this industrial controller can maintain operational efficiency of about 90 percent. This product can be shipped globally with a one year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
