Product Description
The Bosch Rexroth RD51.1-4N-090-L-C1-FW is a motor control device with V/f characteristic control. RD52 drives can be ordered with a range of additional functions. The RD51.1-4N-090-L-C1-FW supports two additional functions: connection for RZC01.1-XN and 24 Volts standby power. The standby power feature requires connection of an external 24 Volt DC supply. This feature allows drive parameterization and operation of control electronics in the absence of AC input. To prevent ground loops, Bosch recommends application of the external 24 Volt power to X83 in a floating manner. If the floating method is not utilized then X83 will be at risk from reverse polarity. The RD51.1-4N-090-L-C1-FW is based on a 380 to 480 Volts AC rated converter that is without a brake chopper. The nominal motor output at 4 kilohertz pulse frequency is 90 kilowatts and the rated motor output at 8 kilohertz pulse frequency is 75 kilowatts.
The rated current at 4 kilohertz pulse frequency is 165 Amps and the rated current at 8 kilohertz pulse frequency is 135 Amps. The peak current for 1 minute at 4 kilohertz pulse frequency is 215 Amps and the peak current for 1 minute at 8 kilohertz pulse frequency is 176 Amps. The peak current for 1 second at 4 kilohertz pulse frequency is 281 Amps and the peak current for 1 second at 8 kilohertz pulse frequency is 230 Amps. The rated output at 4 kilohertz pulse frequency is 109 kVA and the rated output at 8 kilohertz pulse frequency is 89 kVA. The RD51.1-4N-090-L-C1-FW cools via forced air cooling. The minimum cooling air requirement for proper heat dissipation is 0.4 m3/s. Weight of the RD51.1-4N-090-L-C1-FW is approximately 74 kilograms. This product can be shipped globally with a one year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
