The RD51.1-4N-022-L-NN-FW/S111 drive control offered by Bosch Rexroth should never have condensation on its surface during operation, transport and storage. The product is used with a motor that has a 22kW rated power output. The device comes with an output frequency ranging from 0Hz to 250Hz. The unit is not supposed to have a relative humidity of more than 90% during operation. It is to be made sure that the dust laden air in the operating area surroundings is filtered. This product has a 22.5mm mechanical grid pattern. The device must have a minimum clearance of 100m above and below it inside the control cabinet in which the mounting is done for entry of cooling air and exit of the hot discharged air.
This control has 51 line code and 1 design code. The product is associated with a size of 560 x 180mm and uses M6 screws for fitting in the control cabinet. The device should always be installed vertically and perpendicular to a level construction area. The unit can be mounted adjacent to another drive control without any space between them. Its signal, line supply, power and motor cables have to be routed at a distance of at least 20cm from each other to avoid interference. The product operates at a high voltage level. The device may have a dangerous voltage for a maximum of five minutes after it is switched OFF because of the DC link capacitors. This unit might have live control and power terminals even in standstill mode. It has a 44A peak current at 4kHz pulse frequency for one minute.
