Product Description
With over four (4) decades of functional experience in the design and development of 3-phase drive control devices, Bosch Rexroth has set high standards in the market. The company’s releases surpass industry standards and are created with state-of-the-art technological innovations.
The REFU 500 drive units have a modular hardware and software design that allows them to be easily adapted to a specific drive application. The devices in the series are typically used in chemical and process technology, machine tools, hoist-and conveyor technology, handling and assembly systems, and packing and foodstuff machines. The RD 500 drive system features different variants of converters and inverters for the DC connection and power supply modules. One of the converter series is the RD 51 family.
The RD51.1-4N-011-L-CF-FW is a voltage frequency control device without an encoder. Its speed range is 1:20 with a speed precision of 2 % and slippage compensation. The drive of the RD 500 system works on a frequency-controlled basis; that is, the set value determines the converter output frequency. The converter has a removable operator panel to operate, monitor, parameterize, copy parameter sets and transfer them to other devices. It functions with firmware which is purchased as a separate subitem. They have integrated radio interference suppression filters and line reactors to reduce the harmonics fed back into the line supply, thereby fulfilling the EMC Directive in reference to the noise immunity and noise emission standards. An easy start-up is prioritized in the development of the RD51.1-4N-011-L-CF-FW – this is obvious from some of its features such as automatic motor adaptation via parameter identification, basic parameterization, and guided start-up with the operator panel. This product can be shipped globally with a one year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
