The RD51.1-4B-055-D-NN-FW is a Bosch Rexroth Indramat universal three-phase RD 500 drive system. It is intended for use with both induction and synchronous motors, among other things. With its adaptable hardware and software design, the RD51.1-4B-055-D-NN-FW drive system can be easily adapted to various drive applications. Furthermore, the RD51.1-4B-055-D-NN-FW is a converter-type drive system with a built-in brake chopper. Also, it is powered by the RD 42 power supply module. The rated power data of this unit is 55 kW, and its nominal connecting voltage is 3 x AC 380 – 480 Volts (+/- 10%).

This model features a 4-line graphical display, basic parameterization, a plug-through connection cooling mechanism, rapid setup, parameter identification for motor adaptation, and more. Its pollution degree is 2, its radio interference/noise immunity degree is A1, and it is equipped with an external standby power unit of 24 Volts to provide backup power. Due to its susceptibility to feedback harmonics from the mains supply line, the RD51.1-5B-003-D-DF-FW has been equipped with line reactors and suppression filters to ensure compliance with EMC regulations. The feedback of filter current is a typical additional function of the RD51.1-5B-003-D-DF-FW. Furthermore, according to EN 60529. the protection type of this RD 500 model is IP 20. Its firmware must be obtained as a separate item.

The RD51.1-4B-055-D-NN-FW includes Aluminium-Elko DC link capacitors and can only be stored at 40 degrees C for two years under zero voltage conditions. If storage exceeds two years, the DC link capacitors on this unit must be re-formed before recommissioning.  Also, the recommended ambient temperature of this unit is within the range of 0 – 40 degrees C (23 – 104^o F). This product can be shipped globally with a one year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
