The RD51.1-4B-030-L-V1-FW is a unique industrial drive controller manufactured by highly trained engineers of Rexroth Indramat to carry out accurate automation control in the industrial servo system. This industrial controller features a combination of old motor control technology with new industrial innovation; this unique combination puts it a level above all other motor control devices and allows the controller to meet the motor control requirements of highly advanced industrial machines such as metal forming machines, food processing machines, paper converting machines and lots more. During the production of this industrial drive controller, special significance was placed on the implementation of simple handling and operation; for example, the control panel of this drive controller also features special pressure-sensitive keys through which the command signals can be sent into the controller in real-time.
The RD51.1-4B-030-L-V1-FW industrial controller generates harmonic feedback during operation; in order to reduce the harmonic feedback, the controller should be operated in combination with special radio suppression filters and line reactors. This industrial drive controller is also designed according to the electromagnetic compatibility directives as regards noise immunity and noise emission. It is also immune to noise in conformation with EN 5008-2. To maintain the integrity of this industrial controller, only persons familiar with Rexroth Indramat products should be allowed to handle the controller; this is to prevent dangerous motor operation in the servo system.
The RD51.1-4B-030-L-V1-FW industrial controller is designed to be operated at an ambient temperature range that falls between 0 to about 40 degrees Celsius; operating the controller above this temperature range can cause the controller to heat up at a rate that cannot be handled by the temperature regulation system of the servo system.
