The RD43.1-4R-185-W-NN-FW is a drive control system designed for universal applications in the industry. This model can be adapted for different various drive tasks owing to a modular configuration. Different models of synchronous motors ad induction motors are induced by this model. This model is equipped with a rectifier, line contactor, and supply modules. In addition, a DC bus rectifier is also provided with this model. The supply modules can also be wired with the system. The supply modules have been designed to support the regenerative mode in this device. The device comes with a rated power of 185 kW. The rear section of this device is provided with state of the art power sections that play a crucial role in dissipating excess heat out of the system. To dissipate additional heat out of the system, a blower fan is used to induced forced convection that provides a faster way of transferring heat out of the system.

This model can be used with either an AC supply or a DC supply that enhances its flexibility. A user panel (supported by parameter copy function) is also provided with this device. There are various interfacing options available with this drive controller. These include RS232 and RS485 serial interfaces. In addition, options like Profibus DP, CAN bus, Interbus S, and SERCOS interface are also available. The system is equipped with a signal processor (32-bit) that supports motion control tasks under variable loads.
