Product Description

The MTS-R02.1 plays a significant role in developing sustainable and reliable motion control devices. It is designed and developed by Bosch Rexroth to be used in modern sophisticated industrial automation applications. The MTS module for servo controllers can be easily powered by using a wire of cross-section 1.5mm2. To mount the device, switchgear cabinet may be used with RMB02.2 racks on TS 35 x 27 x 15 DIN rail. The device is engineered to meet IP20 rated protection and meet DIN VDE 0470 standard. The permissible humidity value for smooth operation is 75% with no condensation. The allowed installation height is 1,500 meters above sea level. During transportation, the ambient humidity should be controlled till 95% with no condensation at a maximum height of 3,500 meters above sea surface. The permissible atmospheric pressure range from 860 to 1080 hPa for operation. If needed to store the product, the safe atmospheric pressure ranges from 660 to 1080 hPa. The recommended operating temperature ranges from 0 to +50 degree Celsius as per DIN 40 class KV. The manufacturer recommends storing the device at a location with temperature controlled in range of -25 to +70 degree Celsius. The MTS-R02.1 module comes enclosed in an enclosure of dimensions as 83.7mm x 192mm x 156mm having overall weight of 1.65 kg.
