The RAC 4.1-300-460-A0D-W1 is an advanced drive controller designed by Bosch Rexroth. This drive controller allows for intuitive control of Indramat asynchronous main spindle motors 2AD. This device is best suited as a main spindle drive for motors with a wide range of speed and continuous power. This drive controller weighing 150kg functions to positions the spindle using an internal automatic control loop.
The RAC 4.1-300-460-A0D-W1 can be directly connected to a three-phase supply network integrated with an emergency shut down. This drive controller can be connected to a voltage rating of 3 x AC 460V, 60Hz. There are a built-in heat sink and cooler within the RAC drive controller. This drive controller allows for cooling with air either within or outside the cooling cabinet. The RAC 4.1-300-460-A0D-W1 can be delivered with diverse interfaces for the analogue speed set-point.
