Product Description
The RAC 2.3-250-460-A00-Z1 is a main spindle drive controller specifically designed by the Indramat to monitor and control the position and speed of two major types of Indramat Servo motors, which are the 2AD asynchronous main spindle motors and 1MB frameless spindle motors. The spindle drive motor is produced by professionals under ideal industrial conditions. Motors controlled by this drive controller are characterized by a broad speed range and high stiffness, making them suitable for numerically controlled industrial machines such as printing machines, paper processing machines, drills, and lots more. The servo drive controller regulates the servo motor's speed and position based on the signals it receives from the digital command center.
The RAC 2.3-250-460-A00-Z1 spindle drive controller contains three major types of electrical connections: the three-phase power connection, the motor feedback connection, and the internal controller specific connection. These three electrical connections help the controller connect to the mains electricity, send and receive digital signals from the servo motor and command center, and send signals to the drive's internal components. The drive controller is delivered with a plugged-in AS programming module specially parameterized to adjust the drive controller to a specific servo motor.
The RAC 2.3-250-460-A00-Z1 drive controller has a type current of about 400 Amperes. It contains a bleeder resistor. It also contains a heat sink, and an air blower, which helps it to regulate its internal temperature. The drive controller does not contain either an additional encoder input or an additional encoder interface. The Servo motors controlled by the RAC 2.3-250-460-A00-Z1 drive controller can generate a continuous power output of 65 kilowatts and a peak power output of about 78 kilowatts. The drive controller is produced according to the IP 10 according to EN 60 529 protection class. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
