The RAC 2.2-150-460-A00-W1 is a motor controller that is used to control the parameters associated with the rotation of the shaft like its position, rotation, etc. This controller operates with a three-phase AC supply having the rated voltage level of 460V and frequency of 60Hz. The controller strictly requires a stable ambient temperature ranging from 5℃ to 45℃. If the ambient temperature exceeds 55℃ then the drive data will eventually reduce decreasing the performance of the controller. This controller also demands the limitation of humidity to not greater than 70%. This limitation prevents the condensation of water thus providing the controller a durable operating lifetime.
The controller is designed to have an AS programming module that holds the parameter values related to the application. This controller also contains a state-of-the-art programming module for the operation of the drive that provides different services like software fault correction, expansion of the range of functions without impairing existing functions, improvement in parameter values, etc. The controller has a protection class of IP10 that protects the controller from penetration below 50mm diameter unless the penetration is performed willingly in an intention to damage.
The controller is mainly used to control the speed of the motor. It has an X4 connecting terminal with 9 poles that provide the flexibility to change the set-point of the speed in the form of an analog signal. This controller does not contain any additional encoder input terminals, interface, and bleeder, hence, its service and area of application are confined to some extent.
