Product Description
The QSK075D-0300-NN-S5-UG0-NNNN belongs to Rexroth Bosch Indramat’s superior QSK motor series. Particularly, this synchronous IndraDyn motor is suitable for mid-size applications, requiring a driving torque between 10 and 100 Nm. During operation, the QSK075D-0300-NN-S5-UG0-NNNN can achieve a continuous standstill torque of 17 Nm and a maximum torque output of 66 Nm. Since this motor model does not have a key speed, the machine’s rated torque is equivalent to the standstill torque at 60 K. For a 100 K temperature rise, the machine can operate continuously at a standstill torque of 18.5 Nm.
For three-phase synchronous motors, the rotor speed is equal to the speed of the rotating magnetic field in the stator. The QSK075D-0300-NN-S5-UG0-NNNN can theoretically achieve a maximum synchronous speed of 4800 rpm at a three-phase 500 VAC supply. The speed of the motor can be increased by exciting the stator at a much higher three-phase AC supply. Depending on the applied supply voltage on the stator, the machine’s maximum operating speed may vary. When used with a three-phase 200 VAC supply, the QSK075D-0300-NN-S5-UG0-NNNN can only achieve a maximum shaft speed of around 1800 rpm. On the other hand, when excited with a three-phase 400 VAC supply, the machine can run at a maximum speed of around 3400 rpm.
The QSK075D-0300-NN-S5-UG0-NNNN incorporates an optical single-turn Hiperface encoder with 128 increments. Unlike M5 encoders, S5 encoders can only distinguish a single revolution during operation. Since the QSK075D-0300-NN-S5-UG0-NNNN incorporates no blocking brake, its total mass is only 20.1 kilograms. Based on its datasheet, this motor has a thermal time constant of 22 minutes, a protection category of IP 65, and a sound pressure level of 61.1 dB.
