Product Description
The PST625E.133-W is a high-end weld controller by Bosch Rexroth. It’s a variant 133 product, and it features a state-of-the-art temperature monitoring unit and weighs approximately 8 kgs. This equipment is useful for resistance welding with power ratings up to 155 kVA. It also comes with a voltage-dependent resistor (MOV: metal-oxide varistors) that serves as a protection for sensitive components in overvoltage scenarios. The PST625E.133-W is embedded with a thyristor power unit for heat generation and a weld timer for efficient process monitoring. It has a nominal rated current value of 230 Amps and maximum duty cycle rating of 50 percent.
The PST625E.133-W could either fit into an enclosure or switchgear cabinet. It adopts a water-cooling method, with a min. flowrate rated for 4L/min and a maximum drop in pressure of 0.2 bar. This equipment offers an optional programming interface, and its applicability is found in numerous fields. It could either be mounted vertically or on its rear. The design of the PST625E.133-W is in line with the provisions of the IP 20 material protection category.
The electrical connections of this equipment and its mains supply are via a box terminal with a max. core cross-sectional area of 95 mm2. The permissible air pressure rating of the PST625E.133-W corresponds with any value within the recommended installation altitude of 0 – 2000 meters a.s.l. When running this equipment, the surrounding air temperature must not exceed 55 degrees C. The recommended storage/transport temperature of this 2-phase weld controller is within the range -25 to 70 oC. it also has a primary output current with a max rating of 400 Amps at 30 percent duty cycle. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
