Bosch Rexroth's PSI Frequency Inverter Series, including the PSI64C0.168-W1, is made to provide reliable and efficient motor control for a variety of industries.

This inverter may be used in demanding situations because of its very high rated output power of 22 kW. It has a wide input voltage range with a power factor of ≥ 0.98 at full load thus effective power consumption. This inverter is energy efficient and does not heat up quickly, as seen by its 80A rating and 25W power loss. With a leakage current of 35 mA and an operating frequency of 50/60 Hz, the inverter can reduce electrical loss. The inverters are made to function in a variety of environments by having a maximum working temperature of 45°C. The inverter is easy to install in existing systems because of its tiny form factor (80 x 398 x 200 mm) and weight (6 kg). The product is fitted with an IP20 protection rating, which means it can offer protection for internal components in most industrial settings.

For the exchange of information and interconnection with other systems the PSI64C0.168-W1 has CANopen and Modbus RTU interface options. The storage temperature range of the inverter is between -20 degrees Celsius and 60 degrees Celsius, making it usable in different places. With a conductor cross-section of up to 25 mm² and an EMC level of Class A, the inverter reduces electromagnetic interference while maintaining high power quality.
