The PSI63C0.782-L1 frequency inverter features 256 programmable memory slots allowing versatile use in varied settings. It supports a maximum of 32 electrodes with electrode 0 reserved for specialized functions. This model offers analog input options for controlling electrode force including ranges of 0 – 10 V, 0 – 20 mA and 4 – 20 mA. It is integrated with battery buffered RAM to ensure secure data retention. The inverter’s feedback options include a digital input and two analog signals for accurate monitoring of electrode force. The unit operates effectively within a temperature range of + 10 °C to + 55 °C and has built in temperature monitoring for added safety. Its cooling system comprises water cooled system with water cooling requiring a flow rate of 4 liters/min at a maximum supply temperature of 30 °C. It can be installed vertically or horizontally and operates up to 2000 m above sea level.

The PSI series inverter is designed for IP20 protection and is suited for installations requiring IP54.
