Product Description

The Bosch Rexroth PSI63C0.620L1 medium frequency inverter must be set up inside a control cabinet with a clearance of at least 100 mm above and below it. This frequency inverter must be used in its original state without any structural modification. The product has multiple diagnostic LEDs on its front panel for easy diagnosis. This device has a hot surface during its operation and can cause burns when touched at this time. The unit must be operated, stored, and transported by personnel with adequate training in ESD protection. Its ESD-sensitive components must not be allowed to come in contact with chargeable objects. This product related operating software or firmware is stored in the flash memory. The device portrays a starting current of approximately 2 A for 10 ms without its I/O module. This unit must be kept free of condensation all the time. It is meant to be transported and stored at a temperature ranging from -25 °C to 70 °C. The inverter should be in a de-energized state at the time of assembly. This product is a Class A inverter and is designed for industrial networks. The device can be used in public low voltage networks that supply residential areas only after special measures have been implemented. This frequency converter may get overheated because of insufficient cooling and cause the welding process to be interrupted temporarily. The unit cannot be cooled by convection and forced cooling has to be implemented mandatorily. Its connectors and/or terminals must not be plugged or unplugged in the live state. This product controllers a PSG medium frequency transformer. The device has a mains supply voltage of 400 VAC to 480 VAC.
