Product Description

The PSI6300.350-L1 inverter is a medium-frequency inverter from Bosch Rexroth. The intelligent module has a supply voltage ranging between 400 and 480 volts. It is intended for connecting PSG 3000 series of welding transformers from the manufacturer. This product must be stored, transported, installed, and erected properly for its safe and faultless functioning. The mounting station should be properly safeguarded and isolated from the power supply to avoid unintentional closing before the device is mounted. The weld quality of the unit is enhanced by dynamic current control that is achieved using mains frequency. The unit is available with a one-year warranty and can be shipped worldwide.

The unit features integrated control functionality and is cooled through air circulation. The module can be used to weld three-member joints, aluminum, and high-strength metals. This device must be powered OFF and connected to earth before it is switched ON. It should be allowed to operate only in earth-neutral systems and TN or TT grounded systems. The inverter must be mounted near the welding systems so that the cable length does not exceed 25m. The cable should have a large cross-sectional area for connection to a common earth point.

This product must be operated only after incorporating a harmonic load in the mains system. The device is for use exclusively in industrial applications. It should be used with a safe clearance of more than or equal to 30m. The length of the mains feeder cable must be at least 30m. The unit is meant for installation in a switchgear cabinet or housing. The doors of the cabinet must be closed before the product is switched ON. The inverter may get damaged because of excessive welding current or insufficient cooling. The housing must be opened only after five minutes of disconnection from the power supply.
