Product Description
The PSI62C0.632-W1 is a long-lasting and extremely compact frequency inverter designed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat to provide accurate control over the industrial welding process. This inverter is a flexible device that can support different types of welding operations, such as spot welding, seam welding, projection, and manual welding process. The operation, diagnosis and programming of this frequency inverter are designed to be easy to carry out; these activities require the BOS-5000 user interface, which is executable on PCs with Windows 10, Windows 8, or Windows 7 operating systems with service pack 1. Operators can control persons who have access to the operation and programming of this inverter by setting up a discreet username and password.
The PSI62C0.632-W1 frequency inverter operates with up to 256 configuration programs; each of these programs can be addressed to a spot weld to provide high control standards. The welding schedule of this product is universally adaptable; it supports three major weld times, which include pre-heating time, welding current time, and post-heating time. The weld times can be jointly operated in a single control mode or in different control modes. The PSI62C0.632-W1 frequency inverter also provides reliable management of up to 31 electrodes; it is characterized by its ability to significantly increase the service life of each electrode.
The PSI62C0.632-W1 frequency inverter can program up to 10 different electrode forces during a program schedule; it produces fewer welding splashes during use and is also suited for the welding of galvanized sheets and aluminum. The operation temperature of this product is controlled and kept within a permissible range through the process of liquid cooling. The maximum permissible installation height for this product is about 2000 meters above sea level.
