Product Description
The PSI6200.100-W1 frequency inverter is a user-friendly and efficient control device built by well-trained engineers of Bosch Rexroth Indramat. This inverter is designed for welding control processes; unlike other control devices, it is suitable for spot welding, projection welding, repeat mode and seam welding processes. There is a weld timer integrated with this frequency inverter, which is the main component of a welding station. The timer controls communication with higher-level control, makes sure that the different times are scheduled correctly, and controls the power supply unit to produce the correct welding current, which is between 9 to about 54 kilohertz. The PSI6200.100-W1 frequency inverter is designed to be mounted vertically in a switch gear cabinet that can provide it with protection according to the IP54 classification. Also, ambient air around this inverter should be free of corrosive gases and other contaminating chemicals.
The PSI6200.100-W1 frequency inverter is a water cooled device; the water cooling inlet is located on the rear side of the inverter while the cooling water outlet is on the front side of the outlet. The maximum water inlet temperature is 30 degrees Celsius, and the water connection is a M 16 x 1.5 external thread that belongs to DIN EN 560. This product is delivered alone, and accessories such as the mating connector, sensor cable, and current sensors are required to be ordered independently by operators.
The PSI6200.100-W1 frequency inverter operates with a nominal system current of 220 amperes, also the maximum output current of this product is about 1200 amperes. During operations, the line voltage supply for this product is between 400 to about 480 volts. The PSI6200.100-W1 has a total weight of about 56 kilograms.
