The PSI6100.333-W2 frequency inverter is designed for precision control in industrial motor applications. This inverter is ideal for sectors requiring robust power management in automated systems including manufacturing and processing environments.

The PSI series frequency inverter operates with an earthed TN or TT mains connection and supports a frequency of 50 or 60 Hz. It integrates a metal oxide varistor (MOV) for overvoltage protection to safeguard the system against electrical surges. Power input specifications include a nominal current of approximately 1.5 A at 24 V DC without additional load. The system can handle a making current of approximately 2 A for 10 milliseconds at 24 V DC suitable for short term demand spikes. The inverter includes a 24 V DC integrated power supply with a maximum output current of 2 A specifically modulated at a frequency of 1 kHz. The model’s water cooling requires a minimum flow of 4 l/min with a pressure drop of 0.1 bar to ensure optimal thermal management under heavy loads. The inverter’s air pressure tolerance is up to 2000 meters above sea level and it requires a corrosion free environment free of acids or aggressive agents to maintain its longevity.
