The PSI6100.332-L2 is a user-friendly and cost-efficient medium frequency inverter designed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. This inverter is designed to generate the current required for the welding process and to control the operation of a compatible medium-frequency welding transformer. There is a weld timer integrated with this inverter to control and monitor the communication of the inverter with high-level control, control programming, display of operation status, and logging operation. The housing unit of this product is made from aluminum material that has a high mechanical strength and still maintains a very lightweight. For best results, this inverter should be installed vertically in a modular enclosure or in a switchgear cabinet that belongs to IP54. Ambient temperature around the inverter during operation should also be maintained between a range of 0 to about 55 degrees Celsius. If the inverter is not in use, it can be stored at a temperature that is between -25 to 70 degrees Celsius.

The PSI6100.332-L2 frequency inverter is well suited for spot welding, repeat welding, projection welding, and seam welding tasks. It maintains an integrated regulation during operation, and monitoring is a 1 millisecond cycle. Apart from this product's control and regulation tasks, it also carries out important monitoring duties that ensure that all operations are going as they should be.

The cooling of this product during operation occurs through a process of air cooling; there is an integrated air blower that generates the air current required for the cooling process. Unlike other inverter systems, the PSI6100.332-L2 has the unique ability to switch between primary current measurement and secondary current measurement; it also supports comfortable programming, operation and diagnosis through the BOS-5000 software.
