The PSI6100.100-L1 is a medium-frequency inverter with an integrated control function manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Company. It is intended for connection to PSG 3000 welding transformers for resistance metal welding tasks. It features a welding control, separate control and monitoring functionalities, and functionality that is designed to offer maximum welding optimization. The benefits of using this MF-inverter are easy programming, operating, and diagnostics thanks to a user-friendly operator interface, less cabling due to system component integration, and straightforward integration into a portable welding box system. It serves to control PSG 3000 welding transformers on the factory floor.
