Product Description
The PPC-R22.1N-T-NN-P1-NN-FW module features a fiber optic receiver, a fiber optic transmitter and a H2 distortion display for its SERCOS interface. The Bosch Rexroth CNC module also houses a dedicated socket for fitting its firmware module. The device supports three optional sockets. Each socket can be used to fit an axis processor module with eight additional drives. The dual rack helps in only assembling the product and not controlling them. The module carrier should be assembled in vertical orientation inside the switch cabinet housing the RECO module. The power supply requires a maximum of 4A fuse with delay action for 24V. The module must operate between an ambient temperature range of 0°C and 45°C as well as at an atmospheric pressure ranging from 86kPa to 106kPa.
The CNC module features a relative humidity of 10% to 95% during operation. There should be no condensation during operation, transport and storage. The device encompasses three digital inputs and two digital outputs that are potentially free. The X11 connector is an 11-pin Phoenix socket. The ready-for-operation relay helps in system monitoring, has a minimum of 500,000 switch cycles and is protected against the excess current. The data transfer type is determined by the application that the unit is used for. The CPU firmware component has multiple functions such as tool management, block preparation, NC program processing and communication with the PLC.
The module communicates with the PLC assembly through the manufacturer’s local bus. The unit shouldn't be operated under water. There may be a risk of injury if the device is improperly handled. The product must be operated only by trained and qualified personnel. It should be installed only if the EMC requirements for drive and control systems are met. There is a possibility of the CNC module having high electric voltage during operation. The unit can be delivered through a reputed shipping network with a warranty for one year.
