The PPC-R22.1N-T-N1-L2-NN-FW model is designed for the control of servo drives. The VisualMotion PPC-R22.1 can control up to 40 intelligent digital drives from Bosch Rexroth. The permissible voltage range for the model is 19.2 – 30 VDC, including 4 Vpp ripples. The PPC-R22.1 VisualMotion control operates at the maximum current of 1.2 A. The programming and commissioning of motion and logic control is done by using VisualMotion Toolkit (PC software). The PPC-R22.1 VisualMotion control should be mounted into slot 00 of the Reco 02 rack and during installed the minimum prescribed clearance should be maintained at the top and bottom of the control. The communication between the PPC-R22.1 control and Reco 02 input/output modules is done by using the SERCOS interface. The model can operate ideally at the maximum height of 1500 meters above sea level without a reduction in rated data. The model operates at GPP 10 firmware which contains the operating software and device parameters.
The model PPC-R22.1N-T-N1-L2-NN-FW comes with an optional onboard EtherNet connection and PLS (programmable limit switch) master module. Up to two PLS, master modules can be ordered for each control. The data is stored on the PFM01.1 compact flash memory card and on the onboard NVRam memory. The model is equipped with a 4-digit alphanumeric H1 display which shows the status of the device and two serial interface ports are available in this model for programming and communication. The ambient temperature range for the controller is 0 to +45 degree Celsius and it can be stored and transported between the temperature ranges of -25 to +70 degree Celsius.
