Product Description
The PPC-R22.1N-T-G2-P2-NN-FW CNC module is equipped with three digital inputs and two digital outputs. These inputs and outputs of the Bosch Rexroth module are potential-free. There is also one ready-for-operation relay that is used for system monitoring. The X1 connector is an 11-pin Phoenix socket. The X10 PROG serial interface features electrical isolation. The buffer battery is a 3.5V ready-to-use lithium battery. The module and its associated connector must be connected and/or disconnected only when there is no power supply so that the components do not get damaged. The CNC module is available with a one-year Wake Industrial warranty.
The locking screws of the module rack on which the product is fitted should be tightened so that there are no chances of the plug connections between the racks becoming loose due to lateral shifting. The H1 diagnosis display portrays an S018 system error message if the voltage of the storage battery is very low. No structural changes must be made to the product. The unused battery has a shelf life of 10 years at 25°C. The device has a maximum power consumption of 1.2A at 24VDC. The PPC-R22.1N-T-G2-P2-NN-FW module can be sent safely without any damage to the address of your choice in any country.
The X1 connector of the CNC module is connected to the power supply at the 10 and 11 contacts. The four-character alphanumeric H1 display is present on the front plate along with the S1 button. The S1 button helps to switch the display so that it indicates additional device information and diagnosis messages alternatively. If this button is pressed and held continuously when the controlled unit is started, the boot lock gets activated. The two-digit bb character on the display indicates that the CNC module is ready to be operated. An invalid firmware is indicated by the two-digit dL character flashing on the display.
