The PPC-R22.1N-T-G2-NN-NN-FW is a unique visual motion 10 control system produced by Rexroth Indramat. It is a programmable control system which is capable of carrying out multiple-axis motion and logic control in industrial servo systems. The PPC-R22.1N-T-G2-NN-NN-FW control system can efficiently control up to 40 different drive controller series manufactured by Rexroth Indramat. The flexibility and cost-efficiency of this control system make it very popular among industrialists that operate Rexroth Indradrive, Diax 04, and Eco 03 Digital servo drives. The control system can effectively operate in different industrial applications ranging from robotics to Electric Line Shafting (ELS).

The PPC-R22.1N-T-G2-NN-NN-FW control system also features some of the latest and most sophisticated technology and components used in industrial machines; these components include the Reco 02 Form factor and the Local Reco 02 brake plane bus which it uses to carry out data exchange. The control system communicates with the drive controller in real-time using the SECOS communication interface, which is the internationally accepted standard for real-time communication. Only technicians who are well trained and have gone through the instructions in the control system’s documentation should be allowed to operate and customize the PPC-R22.1N-T-G2-NN-NN-FW control system.

The PPC-R22.1N-T-G2-NN-NN-FW control system connects and transmits digital information to other parts of the industrial servos system through special fibre optic cables which can either be manufactured from plastic or glass.
