Product Description
Bosch Rexroth produces affordable and energy-efficient products for industrial automation. The company manufactures a wide range of brake resistors, motion/logic controls, converters, and servo motors with a broad power spectrum.
The PPC-R22.1N-N-N1-N2-P2-FW model is designed and developed by Rexroth Indramat for motion and logic control in IndraDrive, EcoDrive digital servo drives, and DIAX 04. The VisualMotion 10 is designed to control up to 40 intelligent drives from Bosch Rexroth. The PPC-R22.1 control can be plugged directly into the Reco 02 rack on TS 35×27×15 DIN rails allowing sufficient clearance for heat dissipation. The model uses the SERCOS interface for real-time communication between the control and digital servo drives. The PPC-R22.1 control comes with 3 expansion slots to install different interfaces according to the required configuration. The motion/logic control takes electrical connection from a 24 VDC dc-link voltage supplied by the power supply unit. The control is equipped with a PLS master and slave module (programmable limit switch) and up to two option card PLSs, containing 16 outputs each, can be ordered for each control. The current draw per output is 250 mA and the PLS outputs updated every 250 microseconds.
The model PPC-R22.1N-N-N1-N2-P2-FW comes with a PROFIBUS-DP slave interface for providing communication between the sensors and the control. The interface has 4 LEDs on the front panel for diagnostic purposes. The PC software used for programming and commissioning of motion and logic is VisualMotion Toolkit. The GPP 10 firmware module is installed in this model which contains the operating parameters of the control. The model comes with an H1 4-digits status display and an S2 reset button. The maximum current consumption of the PPC-R22.1 control is 1.2 A. The permissible temperature range for the control is 0 to +45 degree Celsius and it is protected by the IP20 protection class.
