The PPC-R series by Bosch Rexroth consists of powerful controllers in a compact size and IP 20 rating. Bosch Rexroth’s PPC-R02.2N-N-NN-B2-NN-FW is part of the PPC Controller series from series 2, version 2. The housing version for the PPC-R02.2N-N-NN-B2-NN-FW controller is for the RECO unit and the controller is not fitted with a memory expansion module. Since the PPC-R02.2N-N-NN-B2-NN-FW controller is a standard controller, it only has a factory assigned configuration and a factory assigned firmware. According to the application and loaded software, the PPC-R series of controllers can work as a PLC or as an NC controller.
Bosch Rexroth’s PPC-R unit is available in two enclosure versions of separate widths. Since Bosch Rexroth believes in providing a complete solution to all automation needs, the two interfaces available on the PPC-R controller are fully connected as per the Indramat standard. The function of the controller can easily be selected by the related application, and the COM interface is accessible through a separate slot plate.
