The PPC-P11.1N-N-NN-NN-NN-FW is a motion and logic control platform that supports multi axis operation. The device is categorized by its increased connectivity option and its ability to flexibly integrate itself with multiple interfacing options. Many famous digital drives produced by Rexroth are compatible with this model. These drives include the EcoDrive03, Diax04, and the IndraDrive. For smooth and fast communication and data transfer with the digital drives, the system makes use of the Sercos interface. The device can be easily connected to other platforms. For connecting with a PC, the device can be plugged into the computer’s PCI slot. For memory allocation with the host PC, no jumper cables are required and the process is completely automatic. The Programmable Limit Switch (PLS) card and Link Ring interface are compatible with this model.
The PPC-P11.1N-N-NN-NN-NN-FW has been designed for giving a high performance in tough industrial environments. It can operate without any condensation in areas that have relative humidity levels between 5 % and 78 %. It can function smoothly in a broad temperature range and the best results are achieved when the system is operated in a temperature range of 5 ᵒC and 45 ᵒC. This model uses the PFM01.1 compact flash memory card with a non-volatile memory chip (NVRam) to store the required operational data. Up to 40 drives can be controlled with this device simultaneously using the Sercos interface. The PPC-P11.1N-N-NN-NN-NN-FW comes with a comprehensive diagnostics platform that detects errors and displays warning messages including power failure indication, shutdown error indication, and other system errors.
