Product Description
Bosch Rexroth provides services in manufacturing and development of energy-efficient equipment for industrial automation. The company’s products such as line connection modules, small operator terminals, servo motors and controls are widely used in the market.
The NAM04.1-480-0650-NN model is designed and manufactured by Rexroth Indramat which is used to convert the AC line voltage into DC link voltage to supply power in a drive system. The line connection module takes electrical connection through the 3 × 380 – 460V AC power source and converts it into DC voltage which is further supplied to the servo drive modules. The line connection module can operate with KDV 4.1 and KDV 2.3 power supply modules. The module when used with the KDV 4.1 power supply unit it helps in delivering the DC bus output power of 14/30 kW and the peak DC bus output of 48 kW. The power supply module generates the continuous regenerated power of 14/20 kW during deceleration mode. Several chokes, capacitor modules, and communication chokes are used to increase the performance of the supply module. A dynamic braking feature is connected to the KDV module so that the motor can be decelerated if a fault occurs in the drive electronic system.
The model NAM04.1-480-0650-NN when used with KDV2.3 power supply module it delivers the DC bus output of 14/30 kW and 2 kW of continuous regenerated power is produced during deceleration. The KDV2.3 supply module delivers a continuous mechanical output of 12/24 kW. The model can operate ideally between the temperature range of +5 to +45 degree Celsius and it is protected by the IP10 protection class. The model is insulated with insulation class C and it can be installed at a maximum height of 1000 meters above sea level. This module can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period provided by Wake Industrial.
