Product Description
Bosch Rexroth is concerned about their customer’s satisfaction through their high-quality products such as power supply modules, small operator terminals, and brake resistors. These products are widely used for automation purposes in different industries.
The NAM04.1-480-0650-NE model comes with a power rectifier that converts the AC line voltage to the stabilized DC bus voltage for various drives in a modular INDRAMAT AC Drive System. The line connection module takes electrical connection through the 3-phase 3 × 380 – 460 VAC power source with ±10% tolerance through L1, L2, and L3 terminals and the operating frequency of the system is 50/60 Hz. The electronic circuit of the model operates at 230V connection voltage and provides +24V and ±15V control voltage outputs with 11.5/2 A of power output. The KDV 4.1 achieves a high continuous output with low heat losses in the enclosure and the unit is designed to be installed with the heat sink. The line connection module in conjunction with the KDV 4.1 supply module delivers the DC bus continuous power of 14/30 kW and 48 kW of DC bus peak power. The DC bus voltage is regulated so that variations in the line voltage have no effect on drive dynamics.
The model NAM04.1-480-0650-NE comes in a compact design with a heat sink blower which operates at 70 VA connection power. The module helps in delivering the continuous mechanical power of 12/24 kW and the continuous regenerated power 14/20 kW is absorbed by the bleeder resistor during deceleration mode. The model is equipped with 4 fuses (2 for blower power and 2 for control voltage) to avoid any trouble in case of circuit failure. The DC bus terminals are used for supplying power to the drive and the communication between drive and power supply module is made via wire-ribbon cable connector through X1 interface. This module can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
