The NAM04.1-480-0450-NE model represents the state of the art development and manufacturing of Bosch Rexroth. The line connection module produces an effective power supply unit in conjunction with the KDV4.1-30-3 module which is required to drive the AC drive module. The module can be installed at the maximum altitude of 2000 meters above sea level and its permissible temperature range is 0 to +40 ͦC. The efficiency of the module will decrease gradually with the increase in altitude and ambient temperature. The line connection module comes with a built-in blower and heat sink which is used for cooling purposes. The module is designed to make a connection through the 3 × 380 ~ 460V AC power source and then converts the AC power into the DC link voltage. The power supply module helps in generating the continuous mechanical power of 11.2/24 kW and the bleeder absorbs the maximum regenerated power of 100 kWs.
The model NAM04.1-480-0450-NE generates the DC bus continuous power of 30 kW and the continuous regenerated power of 20 kW which is then supplied to the drive module to operate the motor. The KDV 4.1 module requires 230V of connection voltage and 500 VA of connection power for driving electronic circuits. The module uses a wire-ribbon cable connector for supplying signal voltages and monitoring the drives. The KDV 4.1 unit supplies power to the drive via L - and L + terminals. The module is equipped with numerous monitoring functions along with a LED light which indicates the status of the module.
