The MTC-R02.1-M1-A2-NN-NN-FW industrial numerical controller is a very powerful device produced by Rexroth Indranat to control the industrial drive controllers in the servo system. This controller is a highly durable device that is manufactured according to the IP20 Protection category. It is perfectly suited for sophisticated industrial machines such as paper converting machines, packaging systems, handling systems, and lots more. The MTC-R02.1-M1-A2-NN-NN-FW numerical controller should be connected to a 24-volt power supply unit which will provide it with an in-rush current that supports the operation of the numeric controller. For smooth operation, the electrical current sent into the controller must not be allowed to fall below 18Amperes. The grounding of this numeric controller should be done with electrical wires that have a minimum cross-sectional area of 6 millimeters.

The MTC-R02.1-M1-A2-NN-NN-FW numerical controller features special sensors that allow it to promptly discover operational errors, it features two H1 indicators each of which it uses to alert the operator of any anomaly in the main drive controllers or the additional drive controller connected to it.
