The MTC-R01.1-M1-NN-FW is a new generation numeric controller designed by Rexroth Indarmat to control industrial drive controllers used in industrial manufacturing systems The housing unit of this controller is designed according to the IP20 protection category, it is thus essential for the operator to install the controller in a switch cabinet that meets the IP54 protection category, this will protect the controller from harsh industrial conditions. The installation of the controller in the switch cabinet should be done using RMB02.2 racks on TS 35 x 27 x 15 DIN rail. The MTC-R01.1-M1-NN-FW controller can be configured to simultaneously control the operation of 16 industrial controllers, this high degree of multifunctionality makes the MTC-R01.1-M1-NN-FW numerical controller perfect for sophisticated machines such as printing machines, paper processing machines, assembly systems, woodworking systems, and lots more.
The MTC-R01.1-M1-NN-FW industrial controller features an internal battery that is sensitive to high temperature, thus the operator should ensure the controller is not operated in ambient temperature that exceeds +55 degree Celsius or stored in an ambient temperature above +70 degree Celsius. The maximum permissible humidity level at which this controller can be operated is 75%. The electrical current required by the MTC-R01.1-M1-NN-FW controller is provided by a power supply unit, however, this numeric controller contains a rechargeable battery which serves as an alternative source of electrical energy for the microprocessor of the numeric controller. All electrical cables used to supply electrical voltage connected to this drive controller must have a minimum cross-section of 1.5 millimeters square.
The MTC-R01.1-M1-NN-FW numeric controller contains electrical components which are capable of generating electromagnetic waves, thus persons wearing cardiac pacemakers, metal implants, or hearing aids should not be allowed to move near the controller as the electromagnetic field can cause a sudden stop in the operation of these devices.
