The MTC-P01.2-M2-A2-NN-NN-FW model is a powerful CNC controller in an ISA bus module format and it can be installed into the empty ISA slot of the industrial PC. The MTC-P01.2 control should only be operated in conjunction with the accessories and parts allowed by Rexroth Indramat. You can order the user manual in your language from your supplier and only highly trained personnel are allowed to operate this module. The model is capable to operate under humid conditions (without condensation) and it should be mounted into the closed control cabinet. A single unit can provide connection to at least 8 drives at the same time via the SERCOS interface using optical fiber cable. The data between the industrial PC and the control can be exchanged via a standard ISA bus. For high operational reliability, the module operates together with the MTS-P01.1 module and they are inter-connected with the help of a 50-way ribbon cable. The MTC-P01.2 control must be fixed into the industrial PC in order to provide resistance against vibration and shock.
The model MTC-P01.2-M2-A2-NN-NN-FW should be configured and programmed prior to commissioning and a 2 MB RAM is installed in this model for quick data processing.
