The MTC-P01.2-E2-NN-NN-NN-FW EP CNC controller from Bosch Rexroth encompasses a power fail connection. The signal from this connection is interpreted for saving the data at the time of restart when there is a power failure. The device communicates internally with an industrial PC by using a standard ISA bus. Its power supply is also routed through this bus. The unit is equipped with a rechargeable battery.
