Product Description
The MSS142F-0400-FA-N0CN-M500 is a potent three-phase IndraDyn H stator manufactured and produced originally by Rexroth Bosch. This product model, in particular, features a 142F body frame and a 0400 winding. With this type of winding, this stator can induce enough magnetic field to run the rotor at a synchronous speed of 4000 rpm during operation. Like other MSS142F stators, however, this unit incorporates a liquid cooling system and weighs 21 kilograms without the rotor component. Based on its size and winding designation, this stator works best with MRS142F rotors with an inner diameter of either 50 or 58 millimeters.
Assuming a high driving voltage of 750 VDC, the MSS142F-0400-FA-N0CN-M500 can achieve a maximum synchronous speed of 19,000 rpm. With an integrated liquid cooling jacket, this stator efficiently dissipates heat during continuous operation. Depending on the rotor version used, the MSS142F-0400-FA-N0CN-M500 may exhibit slightly different values for its moment of inertia. For standard MRS142F rotors, the moment of inertia value is 0.017 kg(m^2). Without considering the MRS rotor, this IndraDyn H product weighs 21 kilograms. Since the MSS142F-0400-FA-N0CN-M500 comes as a standalone product, it features no motor housing, encoder, or blocking brake. However, it comes with highly accurate temperature sensors that can detect thermal anomalies on the winding during operation.
As mentioned earlier, the MSS142F-0400-FA-N0CN-M500 features a liquid cooling system. The coolant inlet temperature for this stator model can safely reach a value between 10 and 40 degrees Celsius. However, throughout the operation, the coolant temperature may only drop or rise by an absolute value of 10 Kelvin. The MSS142F-0400-FA-N0CN-M500 features an axial cable connector for its cooling system. To obtain this MSS stator with a generous warranty, contact Wake Industrial’s sales team now.
