Product Description
Bosch Rexroth IndraDyn S MSM servo motors require minimal to no maintenance making them ideal for use in time sensitive applications. With a short length, minimized flange sizes, and up to 750 Watts continuous apparent power, these motors have a high power density making the best choice for a wide array of high performance industrial applications. For accurate positioning, these motors feature an absolute encoder. To maintain a precise axis position even during a power outage, the encoder supports a buffer battery that is provided as an accessory and is simple to install in the field. In case a buffer battery is not available, the buffer voltage can be supplied from a power unit through a special encoder connector.
The MSM030B-0300-NN-M0-CG1 is a Bosch synchronous servo IndraDyn S MSM series motor. Its operating security is enhanced by the presence of a holding brake which prevents the shaft from accidentally rotating when the motor is at standstill. The MSM030B-0300-NN-M0-CG1 supports a friction-locked shaft-hub connection allowing for a strong, secure, and easy connection between the shaft and the hub thus eradicating backlash and boosting the smoothness of running the motor. To keep the motor’s load limit within the specified range, the driving elements on the shaft side must have a seamless connection.
The Bosch Rexroth MSM030B-0300-NN-M0-CG1, being a servo motor, can attain an efficiency of up to 90 percent, has a high torque to inertia ratio, and is quiet when operated at high speeds. The motor is designed around space-saving features allowing it to be mounted in small spaces with adequate ventilation. The motor has a typical speed rating of 3000 revolutions per minute and a maximum speed rating of 5000 revolutions per minute. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
