Product Description
The Rexroth engineering MSM motors are permanent magnet motors that come with the electronic commutation. The powerful magnet allows the motor to initialized virtually, working with low inertia masses. The cooling process of MSM030B-0300-NN-M0-CC1 is natural convection and has no build-in fan or blower to work effectively at higher temperatures. The MSM030B model comes with the multitum absolute encoder with 512 increments and easy cable tail electric connection. The current rated power of a motor is 200 W with a rated current of 1.6A. The motor's rated voltage is improvised with 110V with a rated frequency of 200 Hz, and torque is 0.64Nm. The maximum speed of the motor is 5000nmax.
These fantastic motors come with many benefits to the mechanical system as they are straightforward startup due to memory data in the motor encoder unit. These motors come with high operational reliability due to their maintenance-free option. The bearing grease-lubricated make them maintenances free for whole service life. The MSM motors have overload protection, can be used in challenging conditions, and are mounted on any feasible position. It has a shaft key as per DIN 6885-1. A fastenings drives and plain shaft without taper actions like deep patterns, parallel keys, and keyways are provided with the motor.
The ambient environmental temperature for the MSM motors is 0°C to 40°C. The maximum internal temperature should not exceed 130°C, and the surface temperature should be 110°C of the motor during working. The ambient elevation is 1000 meters above sea level; an increase in height may affect the machine's working. The motors come with the protection category of IP40 for output shafts and IP65 for the housing with B class insulation following DIN VDE 0530. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
