Product Description
Bosch Rexroth IndraDyn S MSM motors are designed around a space saving blueprint which allows them to be mounted in small industrial spaces without compromising their performance. Because these motors are meant for use in a rough industrial environment, they feature an anodized aluminum coating on the frame to protect them against unnecessary wear and damage. Bosch IndraDyn S series motors are synchronous servo motors that deliver very accurate torque and speed control and precise positioning. For optimal performance, IndraDyn S series motors are controlled using the Bosch Rexroth IndraDrive. Drives in this family are specifically designed to be interfaced with MSM motors.
The MSM030B-0300-NN-C0-CG0 is a synchronous servo motor designed and manufactured by Rexroth. It has a nominal speed of 3000 revolutions per minute, features natural convection for its cooling system, and has a 220 millimeter cable trail for its electrical connection. Due to its maintenance-free design, the MSM030B-0300-NN-C0-CG0 lowers system maintenance costs. The motor is capable of reaching optimal performance when installed in an altitude not exceeding 1000 meters and with a non-condensing relative humidity ranging from a minimum of 5 percent and a maximum of 95 percent or with an absolute humidity ranging from 1 to 29 grams per meter (cubed).
The Bosch Rexroth MSM030B-0300-NN-C0-CG0 belongs to the Indradyn S MSM family of motors. To avoid backlash and provide a smooth running experience, motors in this family support a friction-locked shaft-hub connection. With a permissible ambient operating temperature rating of between 0.0 degrees Celsius and 40.0 degrees Celsius, the MSM030B-0300-NN-C0-CG0 can be mounted and optimally operated in a wide range of industrial environments provided adequate ventilation is available. The motor has an ingress protection rating of IP 54 allowing it to be mounted in environments with splashes of water coming from different directions. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
