Product Description
The Bosch Rexroth IndraDyn S synchronous servo motors in the MSM series are designed to provide dynamic response and accuracy. For precise positioning, these motors employ either an optical single-turn absolute value encoder or an optical multi-turn absolute encoder. Optical encoders have a high resolution, reliability, and a remarkable angular accuracy. Bosch MSM series motors have a high power density although they have a short frame length. With an international protection rating of IP54, these motors are precisely prepared for environments prone to dust (with no harmful deposits) and splashes of water emanating from various directions.
The Bosch MSM030B-0300-NN-C0-CC1 is a synchronous servo motor in the Rexroth IndraDyn S MSM family. It saves on time since it requires minimal to no maintenance. The motor is designed to be interfaced with applications requiring a speed of up to 5000 revolutions per minute, a standstill torque of 0.32 N-m, and a maximum torque of 0.95 N-m. To reach optimal performance, the MSM030B-0300-NN-C0-CC1 should be used with Rexroth IndraDrive which offers a scalable performance range, integrated safety technology, and a uniform operating philosophy.
The MSM030B-0300-NN-C0-CC1 supports an operating temperature of between a minimum of 0.0 degrees Celsius and a maximum of 40.0 degrees Celsius. To maintain the motor’s operating capability during transportation and storage, a temperature of between -20.0 degrees Celsius and 80.0 degrees Celsius and between -20.0 and 60.0 degrees respectively should be maintained. For the motor to adapt to the industrial floor, it supports mounting with the shaft facing either upwards, downwards or horizontally. Note that extra precaution should be taken when mounting the motor with the shaft facing upwards since fluids may collect at the top and enter the motor causing damage. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
